DMCA Policy

DMCA takedown policy for StemSlice.

DMCA Policy

StemSlice respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how copyright owners can submit takedown notices.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the audio files they upload and the stems they download. Users must have the rights, licenses, or permissions needed to process uploaded audio.

Temporary Files

Uploads and generated stems are designed to be permanently deleted after 24 hours. Because of this retention policy, files referenced in a notice may already be unavailable by the time a request is reviewed.

Send copyright notices to:

[email protected]

Please include:

  • Your name and contact information.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work.
  • The URL or information needed to locate the allegedly infringing material.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Repeat Infringers

StemSlice may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate copyright or upload infringing material.

Counter Notices

If you believe material was removed by mistake, you may submit a counter notice with enough information for us to review the request.

DMCA Agent

Before production launch, StemSlice should complete DMCA agent registration with the U.S. Copyright Office and update this page with the official agent details.
